Dubai -The Role NTS Group are exclusively working with a Multinational, recruiting for a Group Insurance Manager. Reporting to the Group Treasurer, this role is responsible for managing Group Insurance as well as local Insurance programs. The focus is on ensuring risk mitigation for the Group and acting as the main point of contact both externally and internally. The role also includes supporting customers financing solutions through managing Cat Financial and ECA’s. - Group/Local Insurance Management - Insurance relationship management - Insurance reporting, processes and claim management - Territory Management: - Customer Financing and Credit Insurance: Requirements Candidate Requirements - Experience of working in a similar position (global company or insurance company) in developing markets for >7 year - Experience in a variety of insurance types, as well as running RFP’s and global insurance programs - Strong knowledge of Insurance and products - Understanding of emerging markets and local requirements - Understanding of risk mapping and deciding appropriate levels of cover. - Strong Understanding of Financial & Credit analysis - Should be able to stand up when identifying inappropriate practices - Good interpersonal & presentation skills - Strong attention to detail and hands-on person - Self-starter who challenges the status quo and initiate and lead change - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Strong Management & leadership skills - Interact effectively with all levels of management. - Express ideas clearly and convey necessary information. Coordinator - Cineom Broadcast DMCC-Dubai
Dubai -AED3,500 a monthPrepare Sales Invoices, Packing list HS Code sumany as and when required & other documents required for order processing.Facilitate the shipping of products from one principal to customer and keeping track of the shipments.Receives shipment and update records in system to maintain records for stock in hand, and stock sold.Prepare weekly stock report of items.Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates.Streamlines shipping and transportation processes.Knowledge & Understanding of shipping in Middle east ( to do the delivery of orders in Kuwait, KSA and other middle east countries smoothly and without missing the deadlines)Coordinate with sales team to obtain fresh stock replenished items for upcoming orders.Prepare purchase orders in co-ordination with the sales team for maintaining inventory and stock.Maintain communication with head office and other supporting departments so the transparency is maintained at all levels.Updating the Master records with the items that are received and the items that are being sold from the stock.Store Data electronically as well as file system for quick reference.Benefits3 years Visa would be providedHealth Insurance under company policyworking hours 9am to 6 pm with 1 hour lunch break.annual vacation of 30 daysall other rules will be followed as per the DMCC Free Zone.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED3,500.00 /monthExperience:Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
