Dubai -A leading Multi National Building Construction Company in Dubai - requires Contracts Manager having 15+ years experience into Building Construction Industry Thee candidate shall have the following:Throughknowledge of the contracts including terms and conditions, specifications,drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule, and other documents incorporated in the contractFix the contract Baseline, identify source for potential Variations of work , Establish and manage the Scope, propose the assignment of responsibilities for the management of the Contract, Contract Requirements Action List, Contract Notice Requirements Action List, the Contract management liability containment Plan , Project Change Order and Claims Procedure,Provide fullsupport and guidance to Project Manager in all the issues related to understanding, defense and fulfillment of contract requirements Elaborate and supervise the contract draft for requesting services of any type for the project,Prepare change orders to the contract and, as directed and instructed by Project Manager, either support the negotiation or negotiate them with the Client,Work with all departments, to ensure that all (sub) contracts and Purchase Orders contain proper flow down of prime contract terms, especially in Procurement and Construction by verifying the Particular Purchasing and Subcontracting conditions,Develop a program to identify and prepare claims as they develop, direct efforts to negotiate and resolve them including coordination with Legal Dept if needed,Assure compliance with contract insurance terms; collaborate with Risk Management group on any event demanding insurance coverage, either by Client, Contractor or others,Coordinate and assist to Project Manager with pending claims at closeout of the contractJob Type: Full-time
