About the role As a Field Technician, you will: Drive around assigned areas to monitor bike stations. Conduct a general inspection of bikes out in the field to ensure bikes are in good working order, including: checking brakes, wheels and tyre pressure. Identify bikes which are not working and return them to the warehouse mechanics for fixing. Troubleshooting performance issues of the station and coordinating with supervisor to ensure all stations are live. Produce field reports. Monitor station capacity and direct helper for rebalance bikes to ensure even distribution across stations within the assigned area. Train the field helpers. Requirements (keep this short, not more than 3-4 lines) Must have valid UAE driving license Has a good technical knowledge of bikes and tools. Be tech savvy - able to use mobile applications to monitor stations and record maintenance. Good level of English 1 year experience of technical background. Problem solver What do we offer you?
