Manage the complete MERAT Distribution business. Manage this business from all aspects starting with Sales and as well as through the virtual team in BU’s, Sales Operations, Finance, Tech Support to Customer Care with the aim to scale and improve the relationship on all these elements with our distributors in the MERAT region. Exceed Revenue and Net Margin plans for Distribution MERAT. Be the face of Distribution in the region – in and external, be strong part of MERAT Channel SMT Plan, manage and develop the internal and external sales team as well as built, lead and align a cross-functional team to secure success Detailed knowledge about product categories and competitor offerings, programs in the entire product portfolio. Initiate & manage Quarterly Business reviews, optimize processes constantly to improve effectiveness of the business. Be on top of the weekly outlook planning process and secure timely submission. Identify new business opportunities in terms of extending the Dell product portfolio, opening up new markets. Work on a two year business planning cycle with the distributors. Increase account presence by providing a high value-added working relationship with senior executives of our distributors. Define and develop in conjunction with the assigned distributor sales out strategy and programmatic sales out campaign plans with multiple country view in mind. Leverage Distribution in MERAT to acquire and retain a broad and loyal Dell channel community. Continue to strengthen and further accelerate the leading position of Dell specifically in the Data Center / Solution space Essential Requirements Bachelor/Master degree required Experience and proven track record with the Regional Channel environment Proven success for building and leading a team.
