They require a Cloud Solution Architect who can deliver hands-on, business-oriented strategic and technical consulting and leadership of project activities to the ICT leadership team for cloud solution architecture, cloud infrastructure and SaaS workload migration. Your new role The key projects you will be involved in is the migration of business ERP system from an on-premise platform to a SaaS delivery model; Migration of other infrastructure and services to a hybrid cloud solution; and Migration of the Primary Learning Management System from on premise to a SaaS delivery model. You will join a project delivery team and focus on adding hands-on technical expertise, ensuring outcomes meet the highest technical and agile standards. We expect our Cloud Solutions Architect to understand our project aims and to offer professional and commercial insight to ensure our stakeholder satisfaction as well as representing the commercial interests. We expect Cloud Solutions Architect to be very self-sufficient when engaged in smaller assignments representing the ICT Team when by themselves, always ensuring stakeholder satisfaction through high quality work and outstanding stakeholder care. ou will act as the SME on Public cloud, Private cloud and SaaS and related technologies for the project delivery team. Job Duties include but not limited to: Identifying and qualifying potential fleet businesses/buyers by understanding their requirements and interests, matching requirements and interests to various models, building rapport and creating trust. Develop fleet buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, meeting prospects at community activities, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions. Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, features and benefits, comparing and contrasting competitive models, inspecting automobiles. Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features and benefits, taking drives, explaining warranties and services. Can overcome objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, completing sales or purchase contracts, explaining provisions, explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing, collects payment, delivers automobile. Assist customer with vehicle selection, promote model options, features, value-add products & services, purchase/finance options following dealership policy. Facilitate delivery by providing clear explanation of features, operation, warranty and servicing requirements. Assist in ordering vehicles that are needed for stock in selling to commercial and fleet customers.Develops merchandising strategies and assists in creating an efficient, cost effective advertising program and other promotions. Create database complete with phone numbers and email addresses to assist in phone and digital marketing. Prospect for and attract potential commercial and fleet parts and service customers. Set sales and gross objectives for salespeople and guide all salespeople in setting their objectives on a short and long-range basis. Communicate with salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed. Review all salespersons’ performance as shown on the Daily Sales Operating Control and assist in developing programs of improvement for those salespeople who are failing to reach their objectives. Strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand profit and loss statements, are requirements for success.Job Requirements Must have at least 3+ years of successful experience in automotive sales management or 5+ years in fleet sales Require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and principles Required to ensure profitability of all departments while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction Required to not only understand and keep abreast of the local regulations that affect operations, but must also comply with these regulations Previous positions references and certificates.
