About the Role: As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible to manage the overall operation of the restaurant, work on the improvement of guest satisfaction and optimizing the work sequences, observing the sales strategies and standards. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner with accordance to hotel policies, SOP and standards. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Supervises daily shift operations. Supervises restaurant and all related areas. Communicates to Chef any issues regarding food quality and service levels. Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals. Supervises on-going training initiatives. Opens and closes restaurant shifts. Coaches and counsels employees regarding performance on an on-going basis. Recruit, train and supervise new employees for the assigned outlet. Prepares working schedules and implements according to business needs. Checks daily reservation status and daily occupancy and takes necessary actions to ensure his/her outlets most efficient functioning. Handles guest complaints. Performs all duties of restaurant team members and related departments as necessary. Dubai -The lead microservices engineer will have a range of responsibilities from shaping and implementing digital products to ensuring that we stay on the leading edge of technology. They will be expected to contribute across the full technology stack, from database and DevOps infrastructure that supports continuous deployment, over native apps, to front end development.
