JumeirahThe Receptionist cum Secretary is tasked in answering phone calls, receiving visitors, providing general information about the company, and answering inquiries related to activities conducted by the company. The role includes performing clerical and administrative duties such as organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff.Duties and Responsibilities:Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g., area descriptions)Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote servicesAnticipate guest needs and build rapport with customersOffer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)Record information in the logbook dailyEnsure compliance with health and quality standards including tracking check-in & check out cleaning & maintenance servicesAnswer telephone calls and take messages or forward callsSchedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendarsGreet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitorsCopy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documentsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and emailReview arrival lists to welcome guestsQualifications: -- 3 years experience in similar role- Language Fluency: English- Current Location: UAESoft Skills and Personality traits:- Communication skills. Dubai -Job details The Facilities Coordinator ("FC") will be assigned with one or more private villas or apartments under the ownership of the shareholders of the Company where he/she will be responsible for the following: 1) The FC shall co-ordinate with the appointed contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and service providers for the maintenance and upkeep of the properties assigned to him/her and shall ensure that the preventive maintenance are carried our as per the agreed schedules to cover the areas including but not limited to : a. Landscaping b. Swimming pool c. Fish pond d. Aquarium e. Home Automation f. Air Conditioners g. Automatic Garage Doors h. CC TV's i. Laundry Equipment j.
