Where the system is permanently adopted, pre-consumer waste value is reduced by 50% - 70% over 2 - 12 months, and maintained at these levels, with no detrimental impact to the perceived quality or value of the offer to their customers, and a net saving of staff time due to reduced food preparation and waste handling. This represents a typical improvement of food cost savings of 3% to 8%, commonly a 40%+ increase in profitability for restaurants. About the team The Operations team play a crucial role taking responsibility for running the on-boarding and implementation of our technology across new customers, as well as ensuring on-going success once the system is up and running on client sites. The goal – successful pilots with early clients, such that they quickly become key clients deploying our technology on a national and international scale. Once key clients the aim is to provide an immaculate service avoiding churn and increasing revenue. Delivering outstanding Customer Support plays a major part in our ability to retain our customers on an on-going basis. About the role Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with a can do attitude to join our driven Customer Support team. In addition to providing outstanding customer support, you will also have the opportunity to help collect and analyse key metrics about our business to be shared both internally with our department heads and Founders as well as externally with our investors. This role therefore requires a strong attention to detail and a working understanding of excel and data analysis. Sales Engineers work closely with sales teams to manage existing clients and to cultivate prospective clients Job Duties (include but not limited to): Develops and delivers outstanding MicroStrategy presentations and demonstrations that range from standard to custom demonstrations. Effectively communicates with key IT and Business decision makers and influencers whether in a formal presentation or a casual conversation. Confident even in tense or adversarial situations. Well prepared, themed value-based approach to all presentations. Implements entire suite of MicroStrategy software for custom data engagements (CDEs) and proof-of-concept (POC) scenarios where customers or prospects evaluate in an on-premise or cloud development environment. Supports off-site and/or on-site Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects and/or CDEs utilizing MicroStrategy software to address a customer's business issue(s) of moderate to high scope with customer provided or mocked-up data. Experience in an equivalent role for a technology firm. Experience with Business Intelligence systems or relational database management systems a major plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
