In a matrix structure, the EEWAA Industry team are supporting the EEWAA Area structure and local Grundfos sales companies. Related responsibilities include: Responsible for the revenue and profit of the portfolio Responsible for the application and product support to companies Responsible for the necessary competences, technical support and marketing of the portfolio in the region. Support to selected Multistage Key Accounts You will drive the short- and long-term business development within agreed strategic areas You will be responsible for defining market trends, demands and developments enabling us to build up an attractive and leading position Together with the Segment exploit Grundfos technical and commercial opportunities to fit the market in the best possible way Defining market requirements to portfolio development and ensure successful introduction of new products. Travel activity is to be expected - mainly within the EEWAA Region – approx. 80-100 days per year to be expected. Your background and competences You have a Master of Business degree with proven business experience within sales and marketing and within technical industrial goods and/or you have an engineer degree with proven business experience within sales and marketing from the industrial segment. It is a must that you are highly customer-orientated and have experience from the Industrial Business segment, and we expect you to have minimum 5-7 years of working experience. You have excellent English speaking and writing skills. Ideally you are located in Russia, Far East Europe, Turkey, Central Asia, the Balkan region or the Middle East. Qualifications Job Requirements: BS degree or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of related work experience (e.g., presales, sales, marketing, consulting, and/or training) or an advanced degree with 6 years of related work experience. Experience in an equivalent role for a technology firm. Experience with Business Intelligence systems or relational database management systems a major plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to present with confidence, simplifies complexity, successfully handles objections and controls the audience. Independent judgment and creativeness to address job duties that are varied and complex. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
