About the Role CrowdStrike is seeking experienced Corporate Account Executives to join our growing team in Dubai -! We’re seeking driven, results-oriented innovators who are ready to change the game! Work with our existing clients to identify additional solutions from our CrowdStrike portfolio of products and services. Run a sophisticated Sales process from Prospecting to Closure. Work with our Regional Sales Managers to collaborate and execute plans to qualify and close enterprise business. Collaborate with our Sales Engineers (SE’s) to devise and execute account strategies and plans. Partner with our Channel Team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue. Forecast and report updates to the management team. Provide exceptional and high touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed. Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert at expert of CrowdStrike products. Stay well educated and informed as to the CrowdStrike competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the Next Generation Endpoint market space. Be a go-getter that sets his/her sights above and beyond to blow out their established targets and quotas. May require modified work hours to accommodate accounts in other time zones, and minimal, but occasional travel for accounts that require a higher touch to achieve closure. What You’ll Need Minimum 2- 5 years Sales experience generating net new business. Proven experience selling a complex multi-product architecture to Mid – Enterprise organizations, selling into C-level Executives to Evaluator-level Engineers. Experience managing an entire sales cycle from start to finish. Track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role. Minimum 1 – 2 years Cold Calling experience (not tech, SaaS, or Security specific). Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly. Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player. Strong presentation skills, both in person and via virtual channels. Persistent – Doesn’t stop at “no”. Believes they can overcome. Coachable - Seeks help; knows how to get help, when to ask for it and what situations call for it. Charismatic - knows how to use it. Sharp/Quick Witted - thinks on their feet. Flexibility to handle a curveball. Creative – Can think outside the box (when appropriate). Motivated - to learn, to succeed, to win, to grow. Aptitude - Able to learn and implement new concepts quickly. Confidence with absence of Ego. Self Disciplined - Proven to be good at time management, organisation, and demonstrate discipline in their process and everyday business. Self-aware – Has a solid understanding of their strengths and weaknesses and what they need to work on. Bonus Points Customer Service background a plus. Security and/or SaaS Sales experience a plus. Dubai -Job Description A Sales Engineer at MicroStrategy plays an integral role in sales of our enterprise class software. Sales Engineers work closely with sales teams to manage existing clients and to cultivate prospective clients Job Duties (include but not limited to): Develops and delivers outstanding MicroStrategy presentations and demonstrations that range from standard to custom demonstrations. Effectively communicates with key IT and Business decision makers and influencers whether in a formal presentation or a casual conversation. Confident even in tense or adversarial situations. Well prepared, themed value-based approach to all presentations. Implements entire suite of MicroStrategy software for custom data engagements (CDEs) and proof-of-concept (POC) scenarios where customers or prospects evaluate in an on-premise or cloud development environment. Supports off-site and/or on-site Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects and/or CDEs utilizing MicroStrategy software to address a customer's business issue(s) of moderate to high scope with customer provided or mocked-up data. Solves unique and complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation or variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Constantly learns and develops expertise in MicroStrategy software through product training classes and unsupervised work assignments. Uses this experience and knowledge to develop expertise in MicroStrategy software including new releases. Responsible for staying abreast on the Micro Strategy product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features, and functions within our product platform and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. Experience in an equivalent role for a technology firm. Experience with Business Intelligence systems or relational database management systems a major plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to present with confidence, simplifies complexity, successfully handles objections and controls the audience. Independent judgment and creativeness to address job duties that are varied and complex. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Demonstrable ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Demonstrable proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Ability to articulate complex topics to novice, technical and/or business audiences.
