Assess the risk and available best options from various insurance providers. Liaise with insurance companies to get the best insurance terms and prepare quotes for clients. Negotiate and define the specific terms/ premiums with insurance companies and clients. Prepare presentation and recommend to client the best suitable options. Keep detailed records of policies underwritten and policy issued. Daily works with various complex software and portals. Follow applicable insurance and UAE laws. Operations: Accountable for successfully processing insurance policies, endorsements and claims. Ensure all documents are valid, correct and are uploaded promptly. Maintain documents of policies including client/company/members. Develop and maintain a profitable book of business for the insurer. Build and develop long-term client relationships; listen to clients and identify their needs. Retentions: Request renewals from Insurance providers and send to clients. Assess and discuss the performance of the policy in details with the client. As per discussions, advise for the renewal of the same policy or provide another option. Requirements Excellent accuracy and knowledge of the company’s products and services. Strong knowledge of the insurance sales/ operations process from beginning to end. 2+ years’ proven insurance processing experience as Underwriter at any brokers. Excellent English written, verbal communication and presentation skills to converse clearly, positively and effectively. Excellent computer, MS Office and Mathematical skills. Possess a high level of professionalism, assertiveness and honesty. Good at analytical and attention details skills. Dubai -Play Your Part The Night Manager will oversee all aspects of the hotel guest safety and experience during Night Time. Represents the Hotel Management in front of guests during Night Operating Hours Oversees the safety of the guests and takes rounds in public areas in line with the Security requirement. Providing hands-on guidance and support of all operations. Ensures a smooth End of Day in PMS. Takes appropriate action in case of any emergency in line with company policies and procedures and follows the internal communication and incident reporting. Works to achieve seamless integration of systems, policies and processes between the Hotel and Resort with a focus on optimizing efficiency and convenience for hotel guests. Responsible for the aesthetic appearance and functionality of all public space areas and guest amenities, including but not limited to: Porte of Cochere, hotel grounds, Main Lobby, Pool, and Terrace. Immediately respond to and resolve guest concerns in an empathetic manner, offering a sincere apology and providing timely follow-up and/or appropriate compensation if/when necessary. Takes ownership of any defects that negatively impact the guest experience and work together with hotel leadership to make the changes necessary to prevent reoccurrence. Responsible for the Safety of the guests and hotel in line with the company H&S policy. Monitors and reviews guest contact areas throughout the hotel to ensure unwavering adherence to service standards, policies and processes with a focus on the guest experience and H&S standards. Continually collects and reviews guest feedback with teams and counterparts in an effort to minimize defects and maximize guest satisfaction. Works with hotel night teams to streamline the flow of communication and operational processes related to all areas. Ensures a smooth operation during night hours and solves guest issues directly. Creativity Monitor and review guest feedback to identify and influence the addition of resources, events and/or amenities that will enhance the guest experience. Explore and provide feedback relative to new sales opportunities and/or added revenue streams. Communication Work closely with the Hotel Excellence & Guest Experience Manager and Front Office Manager in terms of striving to achieve the wider hotel objectives. Knowledge and understanding of safety and security procedures as related to health, liability, loss prevention, incident reporting, etc is essential.
