This is a temporary role for a 6 month maternity cover between December 2019 to June 2020 Work timings are 9-5, Sunday to Thursday Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing a broad range of activities in the personnel function for employees & management within UAE. HR ADMINISTRATION: HR data base maintenance and ensure that all official documentation is up to date and in order, complying with the current legislation Support in payroll preparation and completion Preparation and control of employment contracts and requested HR documents Obtaining all required documentation for visa and labor card applications Interpreting and advising on employment legislation Working closely with departments in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures Monitoring Health & Safety activities Monitoring of medical insurance Coordination of the holiday leave utilization Handling internal and external reporting Support in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Administrator for INFORA and HR Manager (recruitment platform) OPERATIONAL: Recruitment - Conducting internal and external recruitment activities as required by business needs Preparation of Big Picture (Induction Program) for newly hired employees Training and Development Delivering training suggestions refer to the employees’ development needs. Organize the Development Talks for the departments Organizational Planning Support a process of organizational planning (job descriptions, update of organization charts, etc.)

The clinic is well-positioned and benefits from the owner’s extensive business network across the UAE and Europe. The successful candidate(s) will assist in most aspects of establishing and operating the clinic. The candidate will get tremendous exposure across functions including Admin, HR, IT and Finance. Working as part of a small, entrepreneurial team, the candidate(s) will receive guidance and support but will ultimately be required to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
