Employee Relations & Engagement, Motivation, Conflict Resolutions and Grievances Managing Induction processes Managing company manpower recruitment process. Manage the personal requirements of the employee (health insurance , pension, Visa, pension , applications, certifications…. Etc.) Training and Development Updating Performance Appraisals Developing/reviewing policies and procedures (HR, Internship, Induction manual) Manpower planning and budgeting Admin Administration & Data management for documents control Office Administration Management for Procurement processes, Travel management for Official Business trips, Gathering, negotiating, comparing and accessing quotations and Facility management Management and coordination of AGM & BoD Meetings and relevant documents Manage project inventories Any other duty delegated by the line manager Qualifications HR, Administration, PA, Leadership and People Management , experience with UAE labour law Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferable

Preferably Male with minimum 2-3 years experience in the car parts / automotive field.Main Responsibilities for this role are:Receives, issues, unloads and records parts, equipment and other supplies.Indicate part numbers, description, quantity and codes on Stock Issue.Unloads, unpacks, inspects, checks packing slips against Stock received loads, moves, stores and records the movements and storage locations of materials Within the warehouse and as necessary inputs information on various databases.Read and interpret schematic diagrams, manuals, catalogues, lists, etc., to determine material requirements.Determines source of supply, maintains records of requisitions, initiates purchase orders, receives and issues materials and on occasion orders standard items regularly carried in inventory.issues or transfers materials to customers or other warehouse locations.
