Key Accountabilities Ensures housekeeping for the team and ensures compliance with: Documentation requirements, Credit Management Process, Audit, Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and Central Bank regulations as amended from time to time. On the line evaluation by line manager and other internal periodic reports circulated such as pending activation Contributes as a member of the departments senior management team to the development and refining of the vision and strategy for the Bank, and contributes to the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the Bank maximises its short, medium and log term profitability returns to its shareholders.
