Dubai -AED4,000 - AED4,200 a monthThe Job is for country of Malta. You will be given 3 years contract for work permit. You will be migrated to Malta which is a full member of EU.The candidates MUST have the following requirements:Candidates to have a minimum of 3 years driving experienceExcellent spoken and written EnglishAble to drive both ‘manual and automatic’ carsTechnologically Savvy (Proficient in the use of computers and smartphone)Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressureUses own initiative and can work independentlyAbility to integrate and work well in a team environmentThe role of a Cab Driver includes the following responsibilities:Communicate with dispatchers by telephone and other means available in order to exchange information and receive requests for passenger service.Record trip information such as time and place of pickup and drop-off, and total fee.Pick-up customers at prearranged locations as requested in a timely manner.Provide customers with information about the local area and points of interest, and/or give advice on hotels and restaurants.Provide passengers with assistance entering and exiting vehicles and help them with any luggage.Adhere to regulations governing taxi operation and ensure that passengers abide by safety regulations.Test vehicle equipment such as lights, brakes, horns, and windshield wipers, in order to ensure proper operation.Notify dispatchers or company mechanics of vehicle problems.Obey traffic laws and respect pedestriansConditions being offered:Three-year definite Contract, of which 6 months are the probation period46 hour week contract, 24 hour operations setup, based on 12 hour shift basis4.50 euro per hour training period, 5.50 euro per hour on start, 6 euro per hour after probationOver time to be paid at 1.5xCustomary holidays hours to be paid at 2x12 days of sick leave26 days of vacation leave (Overseas leave requests, i.e. to be defined as 7 consecutive working days or more, to be entertained only during the months of January and February and following proof of tickets purchase)Flight to Malta – to be capped at 1000 euro, refundable over a period of 2 years (500 euro yearly)Repatriation clause in case of deathTransport vehicle to and from the place of work during training period onlyShared accommodation (maximum 6 persons in an apartment), rent offered at 150 euro per month.Three year definite contract. Following a period of 36 months and an appraisal, an indefinite contract is offered with separate conditions.Charge of 1500 euro by the company regarding the related employee recruitment/work permit/health insurance costs. To be spread over a period of 12 months, reduced monthly (125 euro) from wage.Bar a Force Majeure, should the employee breach the definite contract, he/she is liable to pay the company a sum equal to one-half of the full remaining wages that would have accrued had the contract of employment remained in force.
