The position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to further develop both personally and as part of a team. The position will require effective management and development of the Distribution channel network. Position Summary Manage and develop the Distribution network within the Middle East and South West Asia region Develop and implement business strategies and sales plans to ensure maximum profitability within the region Maintain and build new relationships with Distributors and end customers Act proactively to improve the performance of Distributors Main Responsibilities Identify the most suitable distributors through regional analysis Negotiate and secure deals with Distributors Create a sales plan and forecast in tandem with Distributors and Key Account Managers Collaborate with other departments within the organisation in order to maximise efficiency and profit Establish marketing plans in collaboration with Distributors and the Marketing Director Prepare monthly performance reports Ensure all goals and targets are met Ensure continuous communications and follow up with all Distributors Role Requirements MBA or other industry specific Master’s Degree preferable Fluent English required with Arabic as a bonus Up to 50% travel across the territory Strong project management skills Ability to communicate effectively Strong planning and organisation skills This position will provide a competitive remuneration package.
