Dubai -We are looking for “HR Operations Executive” on an immediate basis.
Qualification: Bachelor in Human Resource Management
Experience: 2 to 3 Years of Relevant Experience
Skills Required:
a. Taking care of overall On-boarding to Off-boarding process
b. Compensation & Benefits Management (Health & Life Management + Leaves Management + Loan Management)
c. Management of all kind of HR letters and documentations
d. Handling of Mis-conduct cases
e. SESSI Management ( Addition to submission of payments and handling cases)
f. Management of SML – Staff management list and keep records upto date
g. Separation and Full & Final Settlement
Soft Skills Required:
a. Teamwork
b. Adaptability
c. Problem solving
d. Critical observation
e. Conflict resolution
