Dubai -AED14,000 - AED16,000 a monthEssential Duties & Responsibilities: Meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to Aegis’s sales processes in an ethical, compliant manner.Retain and grow current accounts as well as acquire profitable new businessUtilize cold calling other prospecting techniques to identify and obtain new clientsAttend national and regional trade shows, conventions, and meetings to increase TruDoc's presence and name recognition through networking with industry professionalsProvide value to all customer interactions and ensure client needs are exceeded in all areas (Client Services, Laboratory, Billing, Reporting, etc.)Create and implement sales and marketing plans to increase TruDoc's share of the compliance testing market that align with company focus and CCO's direction.Continuously learn about new services and improve selling skills Stay well informed about current industry trends and be able to effectively discuss the drug-testing industryPrepare written presentations, reports and proposalsSell additional services into existing clients as well as prospect and close on new clientsDevelop positive relationships with other TruDoc team members and departmentsEffectively communicate with TruDoc leadershipTravel on a daily basis with overnight travel up to 50% of the timeParticipate in development of client surveys and key performance indicators (KPI) for pain managementParticipate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsProvide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skillOther duties as required and assignedAccountable for the achievement of sales and expense budget through effective management including training, coaching and providing direction and developing Account Executives within your RegionAnalyze and develop individual business plans for direct reports to achieve Region goalsBuild strong relationships and partner effectively with Corporate Accounts, distributors, our service team and key customersEstablish, grow, and manage new and existing customer relationships, communications and contractingIntegrate, coordinate, and monitor new and existing divisional products, systems and programs with field sales & service teams, focusing on hospitals and the medical communityIdentify business needs and opportunities, as well as develop and implement customized solutions for our customersA Successful Candidate Must Possess: Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 5 years of sales experience is required; candidates with a graduation degree and a minimum of five (5) years of documented, successful sales experience will be consideredExperience in pain management, healthcare, or medical device industries is preferredMust be able to travel within assigned geographyValid driver’s license required (must meet insurability requirements)Excellent oral, written, telephone and presentation skillsAbility to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and staffComputer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; experience using a CRM to record and manage sales activity is desirableEffective time management skills and the ability to prioritize sales and administrative tasksKnowledge of managed care landscapePreferred Qualifications: Healthcare sales and management experience preferredStrong desire and ability to mentor, coach and develop the skills and abilities of direct reportsDemonstrates a positive approach to leadership and able to deliver results through othersAbility to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersHighly organized with the ability to establish clear goals and create plans to accomplish goalsA desire to succeed in a competitive sales environmentJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED14,000.00 to AED16,000.00 /monthExperience:client management: 3 years (Required)healthcare sales: 5 years (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Location:Dubai - (Required)License:UAE Driving (Required)Language:english, hindi, arabic (Required)
