JOB REQUIREMENTS Working experience as an accountant in the same field or related for a period of a minimum of 5 years in construction and real estate business. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and relevant accounting software (e.g. Peachtree) Knowledge of VAT and also knowledge of WPS and staff accounts. Knowledge of UAE Labor/Visa regulations, Insurance, etc. Applicants should have a Valid UAE Driving License and also able to join immediately. Excellent communication both verbal and written. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Being able to handle periodic accounts reporting. Applicants should be able to comply with internal / external audit. Reviewing invoices and disbursements. Assisting management in the decision making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting. Maintaining accurate financial records and also presenting data to managers,investors and other entities.
