Dubai -A Maintenance and Cleaning Company is looking for Supervisor:Job Profile:Ensure cleaning staff carry out their duties to the required standards through a monitoring programme.To monitor stocks of cleaning equipment and materials in order that orders can be placed on a timely basis.Preparing the daily roaster.To organize appropriate training for all cleaning staff.Maintenance of mechanical cleaning equipment and chemicals when required to the staff.Take responsibility for making all cleaning assistants are aware of and familiar with the correct use of all equipment and materials.Promote Health and Safety within the team and raise awareness amongst all staff of appropriate Health and Safety Regulations.Produce reports and meet regularly with the Operations Manager to discuss the provisions and effectiveness of the serviceCandidate Requirements:2 to 4 years UAE experience in similar position, with HospitalsShould be skilled in basic MS Office applicationsShould speak good English, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic (At least working knowledge)Should be holding Valid UAE Driving licenseJob Type: Full-time
