Closely work with other key departments such as Finance, Human Resource, Information Technology, Production, Prints, Maintenance and Sales Department. General Operations Record the minutes of meetings , distribute the minutes of the meeting to the respective attendees and make follow –up for the action taken and give update as required Ensures all confidentiality of all information and transaction with in the office of the Managing Director Manages and safeguards the documents and records. Arrange and follow up Managing Director’s internal & external meeting Any other duties as allocated by the Managing Director, including functional responsibilities and special projects.
