Dubai -AED7,000 - AED10,000 a monthJob Details:Prepare new employee files and maintain filing checklist.Initiate visa process, arrange medical insurance other documents.Coordinate all matters of work permits, visas and cancellation with the PRO.Update and Maintain HR files & Databases.Serve as a point of contact for all new employee questions.Prepare the monthly attendance report for the payroll for all entities.Participate in recruitment efforts as per instructions from Management.Prepare the attendance for end of service and leave settlement and coordinate with finance department.Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process.Prepare Employment Contract and undertake all reference checks and document attestation requirements.Make administrative arrangements for new employees including desks, network phones and business mobile phones, business cards, access cards and other stationary and equipment (as per employee eligibility).Update Management on all new Legal Work and Updated legal laws of UAE.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field.Male Indian CandidateMinimum of three years of experience in the same role.Demonstrable ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations.Strong understanding of UAE employment and related legislation.Knowledge of HR functions (Compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED7,000.00 to AED10,000.00 /monthExperience:Human Resources: 4 years (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Location:Dubai - (Required)License:UAE (Required)Language:English (Required)Arabic (Preferred)
