HR Assistant - Kaflas-Dubai
Dubai -Description Mission: This position is part of our Human Resources team in Dubai -. Working with the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to business and ensure delivery of strategic and local projects. The incumbent will assist in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees. Main Tasks: Administrative management (various letter, employment contract, job description, creation of the employee’s files, contract amendment, insurance enrollment etc.) Support the onboarding for administrative and logistical needs (travel arrangement, accommodation, induction program, coordination with Managers, etc.) Maintain efficient workflow processes in terms of overall administration Provides back-up support to self-service applications. Runs and creates formal and ad hoc reports. May train others team members or employees on HR systems. Manage the UAE visa process from end to end ( experience in Tecom Free Zone is an asset) Homogenize all the staff personal files, and make necessary action in case of discrepancies and ensure that all up to date documents are uploaded on the HRMS Maintains confidentiality of all human resources records. Maintains accurate employee information on the HR database Utilizes knowledge base, call tracking systems and/or third party resources to respond to employee questions and address more complex HR questions Recruitment (CV screening, job interview, ensure the recruitment process is followed by managers, job offer etc) Mobility – work with the People Team to provide operational support for expats to, including facilitating the visa process, providing relocation information and support, and settlement support Onboarding Perform the payroll process Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Administration / HR Fluent in English At least 5 years Human Resources experience, working in a multi national set up Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and SAP Flexibility to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
