Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help to improvise. Arranging appointments with the company’s in-house photographer to take latest and clear pictures of the property in order todo a good listing advertisement. Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends and be familiar about the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property, especially in your area of specialization. Stay focused in your area of specialization and constantly think of ideas to obtain more listings. Estimate the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list details of land or buildings for sale and arrange for the advertising of properties with the marketing team. Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration. Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option. Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on merits of properties and terms of sale. Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. Interpersonal Skills Required: Proactive. Passionate about Real Estate. Honest, enthusiastic and trustworthy. Friendly and pleasant Personality. Tidy appearance. Analytical skills. Well organized and detail oriented. Dubai -Description Mission: This position is part of our Human Resources team in Dubai -. Working with the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to business and ensure delivery of strategic and local projects. The incumbent will assist in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees. Main Tasks: Administrative management (various letter, employment contract, job description, creation of the employee’s files, contract amendment, insurance enrollment etc.) Support the onboarding for administrative and logistical needs (travel arrangement, accommodation, induction program, coordination with Managers, etc.) Maintain efficient workflow processes in terms of overall administration Provides back-up support to self-service applications.
