Dubai -Overview:[ The Business Development Manager will support Area Export Manager in developing and managing small countries (existing and new) and be responsible for the trade marketing plan for the countries in the region. ]Responsibilities: Managing smaller existing countries/markets Develop new distribution markets and deliver Net Sales and Operation Income for new as well as for existing business in close collaboration with Area Export Manager Analyze market data to assess opportunities in new markets, develop Go-to-market strategy and finally liaise with all stakeholders to launch in market Motivate and stimulate distributors to deliver sales and profit targets Ensure Sales Team motivatin and dedication to Kao brands Do regular market visits Create, track and manage the trade marketing activities for all distributors in alignment with Area Export Managers Work with the Brand Teams to ensure the marketing activity follows the processes of the various Kao brands within the area of responsibility Work closely with the Distributor Teams to ensure excellent execution of In-store displays Generate new ideas of Trade Marketing actions to support our Export EMEA strategy and enforce them once approved Build relationship with distributors Ensure all relevant information and reports are delivered by Distributors Work on additional strategic initiatives and commercial propositions to develop and grow the Kao brands in the area Position will report into one Area Export Manager, Mass & Salon, MEA and will be located in Dubai - Qualifications: University Degree - BA in business is an asset, ideally with a focus on Marketing and/or Business Administration with international orientation 2 to 3 years Distributor Management Experience, prefereably in the FMCG and/or Beauty industry in a multinational company Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn Results-oriented and entrepreneurial Good working knowledge of SAP/ Business Warehouse and MS Office (Excel) Experience in strategic project management Curious, open-minded In return, you will receive a competitive salary, benefits package, ongoing development and the opportunity to enhance your skills and deliver tangible results. Expand the part stock level on service related items for all brand vehicles. Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate or Diploma in Engineering Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years in Automotive and 2 year in Supervisor Role. Job-Specific Skills: Communication skills in English / Arabic, Good interpersonal skills, Good in MS Office, Preferably UAE driving license.
