Strategic Project Manager - Vezeeta-Dubai
Dubai -As member of the strategic management team you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. You will work under the supervision and guidance of our senior management team, to develop and critique valuable added strategy. We are looking for a creative, strong-willed and organised individual, bursting with ideas and enthusiasm, to lead and support Vezeeta’s strategy. You will inclusively play a pivotal role in analysing the current business’s goals and direction and ensure the practices align with the company objectives. You will make suggestions to improve practices and adjust Vezeeta’s goals and mission to increase performance and market share through building annual/long-term strategic plans. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the healthtech industry. Responsibilities include: Advisory Advise the senior management team and other managers during the strategy development and in the implementation of strategy. Provision of advice on the conduct of a planning process. Advising on strategic growth and suggesting tools for aid. Advise on valuable strategies for current and future growth, formulating changes and improvements to the current business plans, policies, and procedures. Data/financial analyst advising on issues surrounding economic competitiveness. Guiding Vezeeta through financial obstacles and helping to achieve its goal of continued profitability and growing revenues. Facilitating strategic discussions and managing strategic initiatives. Analytics Focus exclusively on strategy formulation and manage analyses that will provide valuable benchmarking for management as well as timely insights to various departments. Assessing Vezeeta’s resources, defining the mission and vision, identifying priorities and objectives, and formulating feasible recommendations to the management. Strategic thinker with a focused mindset on performance analyses, competitive analyses and market analyses. Analyse market trends for the purpose of providing recommendations to leadership and management across the business in regard to business development opportunities, inclusive of acquisitions and disposal strategies. Support Support to identify and assess strategic direction in line with the proposed business plan. Provide support to the CEO: create presentations, speeches, outlines, performing market analysis and monitoring industry trends and company news. Requirements 5-7 years’ experience as a management consultant from one of the leading management consultancies. The ideal candidate must have been involved as a central piece of a strategic decision-making process, including data and financial analysis. Exposure to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and economics. Strong communicator, both verbally and in written form. Exceptionally good analytical skills with the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives.
