Dubai -TemporaryPurpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: This role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Own retail Factory outlets across Emerging market by supporting teams with open to buy management and implementation of key strategic initiatives across all countries of operation and ensuring all in-season activity is focused upon delivering planned sales, margin and terminal stock objectives, ensuring the effective execution of promotions. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the business expectation & merchandising framework. Monitor financial targets for the channel including Net sales, Sell-through, Std. margin & provide required support to achieve the KPI’s. Plan, manage, and monitor the seasonal FO/Planned production OTB & Buy to reflect planned sales and margins. Coordinate with Global FO team to deploy key strategies & FO range across EM clusters to drive efficiency & profitability. Setup FO merchandising framework & ensure it is implemented across EM. Monitor & support execution of effective Merchandise launch plan & inventory management process across EM. Ensures implementation of standard markdown / promotion processes across EM in order to support topline, bottom-line & inventory ageing targets. Dubai -Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Driving profitable market share and net sales growth within own e-commerce channel. Building a best in class eCommerce capability to deliver superior consumer experience through an improved presence in and control over the channel. Delivering a seamless omni-channel experience to the customer and preserve long term brand value across the GCC region. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operational topics such as replenishment, warehouse & customer service coordination, product returns, stock issues, invoicing and others. Drive key contractual terms/commitments with eCom partners on day-to-day operations. Drive eCom targets (sell-out KPI’s such as top line, conversion rates, traffic, stock cover and others) for own eCommerce, while supervising franchise eCommerce partner performance. Manage range roll-out within agreed dates, retail introduction & Marketing Activation Team alignment to build relevant content, brand communication and activation for product launches. Monitor sell-out and order book continuously to ensure on-time deliveries and replenishment; and that account marketing activations are linked to increase online sell-out. Manage eCom pricing & mark-downs with market-specific guidelines for the Direct-To-Consumer channel within the company policies and processes. Drive data management to provide strategic commercial inputs to Concept-To-Consumer, Merchandising, Planning and Marketing Activation Teams on product & campaign performances. Build and drive reporting and data analytics on agreed KPIs within agreed timelines. Monitor and report on customers/competitors sell-through activities and propose/initiate/take actions.Key Relationships: Supply Chain, Customer Service & Finance Teams. CTC & Merchandising Teams. Stakeholder management of both internal and externals. Structured, organized and process orientated. Good understanding of systems development methods. Good understanding of brand building and consumer perspective. Fluent in oral and written English; other languages are an added plus.
