Dubai -Avid is looking for an EMEA Program Manager for Europe/Middle East, based in Dubai -! As a member of the Global Customer Solutions and Services, you will be chartered to optimize our customers' consumption and integration of Avid technologies in their organization where profitable Avid Effectiveness and Customer satisfaction are our key drivers. This role is responsible for the service delivery experience of major EMEA enterprise accounts, and to assume overall responsibility for the delivery, management, continuous improvement, and growth of Avid Services. This will include matrix management of employees and vendors to ensure all functions are delivered to meet/exceed customer expectations. This position will develop customized service and support initiatives in line with customer strategic direction and oversee related delivery, support, and communications among executive and technical stakeholders. Our goal is to ensure continuous effectiveness and optimization of the customer’s partnership with Avid. This role will require significant onsite presence at Avid customer locations spread globally. Throughout the engagement, the Program Manager will: Plans, directs, and supports activities of a multi-team approach to manage the on-going delivery cycle for Avid Customers Works with Avid Customers to ensure Avid is consistently aligned to their evolving objectives. The Program Manager will facilitate periodic operations reviews of accepted deliverables, current work status and future objective & planning. Manages Program issues and risks and evaluates project risk impacts across sites. Where necessary, manages escalations, change orders, and agenda items that need the attention of Avid Customers and Avid Executive Sponsors. Works with Avid Product Management to maintain roadmap clarity and plans in anticipation of new product offerings and their direction in relation to our customers’ objectives. Works with the Avid Service Account Manager to ensure continuity and seamless handoff of projects to Avid Customer Care. Working closely with Avid Sales regarding commercial issues related to the program. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Ability to develop customized effectiveness requirements and measures. Ability to manage complex, geo-distributed, high-scale, high-risk software and infrastructure programs. Ability to formulate options and execute win-win solutions for all stakeholders Working closely with Avid Sales and PS Operations regarding commercial issues and change orders. Strong skills related to meeting management and facilitation, including rapid get-well. Clear leadership skill among large project and account teams. Can work under pressure in a fast paced environment and cope with change Able to travel extensively as part of the role Required Experience and Qualifications: Broadcast Industry Knowledge and over 5 years’ experience of working in large Televisual Projects Strong analytical and business presentation skills – executive and technical. Experience of engaging at a Senior Level (Director or higher) with our clients.
