Dubai -FINANCE DUTIES – Have a good knowledge of Now Health International’s processes, procedures and accounting systems (OH+). – To apply basic accounting knowledge and techniques in all areas of work. – Ability to process high volumes of information while also evaluating the data’s relevance for inclusion in costing and other reports. – Update and maintain accounting spread sheets used in finance function e.g. collate and record cheque payment / payment received. – Maintaining ledger by reconciling accounts and resolving all differences quickly and accurately. – To reconcile the schedule of outstanding accounts to the financial ledger. – Assist in timely payment of various vendors and prepare for payment of urgent cheques, bank transfers as and when it is requested by financial controller. – To undertake periodic audit of own work and report on areas of possible improvement. – Analyse basic financial information e.g. expenses, in response to queries from financial controller. – To input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy e.g. posting payments into GL. – To report regularly on the age and level of debts, identifying trends and problem accounts / customers. – Be aware of all core values of Now Health International and demonstrate them in each task. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE – Accounting degree or working towards an accounting degree. – Comprehensive previous experience in an accounting role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector – Knowledge of Excel, good keyboard skills and use of the Internet. – Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. – Business level written and spoken English is essential; additional local language skills are advantageous – Ability to work a flexible working pattern

The purpose of this role will be to provide high net worth individuals with unrivalled life insurance and wealth management advice. You will support in leveraging the organization as one of the market leaders and preferred brokers amongst HNWIs and private bankers. This role will be responsible for building the brands partner network and presence within the UAE market through establishing strong business relationships with preferred financial institutions and retaining existing clients through upselling/cross selling opportunities and regular policy servicing reviews. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent negotiating skills and in depth knowledge of life insurance offerings. Alongside the day to day responsibilities of this role you will be required to engage in business development activities through arranging and conducting client events to market the company’s services and convert attendees/prospects of the events. Successful candidates should hold a bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field. To be considered for this role you should have a strong background in the Insurance/Financial services industry with a minimum of 5 years professional experience working for an insurance broker or private bank in an insurance specialist role.
