Position Overview Based in UAE of BanoPuratos, we are currently seeking a: Maintenance Executive (Sharjah, UAE) Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the successful candidate has the responsibility of combining all asset management activities: maintenance, guaranteeing and achieving the required availability (operational safety and maintainability) of equipment, facilities, & utilities in the longer term and the active and quantifiable contribution to the continued reduction of production costs. This position is responsible for Production control, Cost management and People support of the Production team and implements the continuous improvement program towards Operational Excellence. Key Accountabilities Production Control Monthly Production schedule management. Product information input into ERP system. Verification of production quantity and monthly closing through ERP system. Order of raw material according to Production schedule. Comparison of raw materials (Input) to actual production (Output). General Admin Maintain stock supply for the Plant needs and Responsible for maintenance of company assets. Manage People related data (Overtime, attendance record etc.) Keep record of key documents (Sample request form, Disposition Request Form, Government documents etc.) Costs Management Ensure productivity targets are achieved (OEE, HR planning). Ensure respect of Operational Expenses budget within their Team. Report the financial results (Production Volume, Production Cost) in Operation Meetings. Support constant reduction of inefficiencies and not added value activities. Manage Relations Interacting with Quality, HR. Support Certification and Customer audits. Support Customer’s visit where relevant. Temporary workers, Contractors follow up. Dubai -JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Medical Claims Auditor INDUSTRY: Healthcare Working independently, or within a team, the Medical Claims Auditor performs all activities related to data mining, claims analysis, and auditing.Possess strong knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS, DRG coding and claims adjudication for medical claims.Ensure codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with government and insurance regulations.Reviews the medical claims for Inpatient & outpatient billing.Check eligibility and benefits verification for treatments, hospitalizations, and procedures.Perform audits targeting and evaluating procedural diagnosis code selection.Checking insurance payments for accuracy and compliance with contract.Conduct independent data mining and data analysis utilizing claims data.Identify incorrect coding, fraudulent claims and present audit findings. Requirements:  Strong analytical and qualitative skills as well as problem solving skills with the ability to look for root causes and implement workable solutions.  UAE Experience is mandatory in Dubai - or Abu Dhabi region.  Knowledge of the principles and practices of medical auditing.  Must have a track record of producing high quality work that demonstrates attention to detail.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).  Ability to travel and be on-site as needed for audits.  Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment whether as a team member or an independent contributor.  Prefer individual possessing any of the following certifications or licensure: CFE, RN, CPC, or CPMA.  Knowledge of coding, reimbursement and claims processing policies.  Knowledge of medical terminology.
