He has a wife and 4 children, and for cultural reasons, the client prefers a Female Private Chef. The Private Chef should be an all-rounder but be particularly strong in Western Cuisine (French & Mediterranean). Knowledge of healthy food, eg Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Paleo would be advantageous. English language is preferred. The Private Chef should also be able to cater for small scale events and dinner parties up to 20 pax, as the client does entertain from time to time. On a personal level the Private Chef should be outgoing and able to communicate well with the family and also make food interesting for the children. This is an expatriate package with a base salary in the region of HK$ 30-35K, tax free, plus a 1 bedroom furnished apartment, medical insurance, transportation plus flights and relocation allowance.
