Type data into computer. Train aides, clerical workers, volunteers and interns. Prepare written documentation as required by professional staff. Maintain department records, reports, correspondence, and other files as requested. Read and route incoming mail, mail, fax and email communications. Locate and attach appropriate files to correspondence to be answered by staff as assigned by director. Prepare outgoing mail. Compose and type routine correspondence. Answer telephone and give information to callers or route calls to appropriate official. Place outgoing calls. Order supplies and arrange for maintenance and repairs of office equipment. Participate in staff meetings. Perform other tasks and duties as needed or requested. Requirements Experience: 3 years Bachelor degree Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, and two years of experience in administrative management. Must have experience using Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required. Must have analytical skills, as evidenced by being able to think through problems, along with some proven decision-making abilities.
