Dubai -Job Summary: Responsible for day-to-day support and maintenance of Human Resource Management System (HRMS) components, including but not limited to: Data management, reporting, compliance, analysis, training, and process improvement. Provides recommendations and suggestions to increase utilization, functionality and efficiency to support organization goals. Develops and implements training materials and SOPs as needed. Works closely with other business units to ensure accurate data reporting and metrics. Works with Human Resource Team to assess practices and procedures; assists with maintaining security of systems, keeping data safe, confidential and organized. OVERVIEW OF ROLE: Analyze Human Resources Department requirements in HRMS. Map identified requirements to used application functionality and features. Build a gap analysis for requirements against available functionality. Transfer knowledge to technical development team of HRMS. End users training on all HRMS modules. Build test scenarios for implemented solution during the project and on new releases, Setup and test solution contents. Assigns user permissions to access the HRMS application and maintains application administration documentation. Provide Support to the MenaItech HRMS solution including (MenaHR, MenaPay, MenaMe and Mena SMS) and all related queries and incident raised by the HR business partners and provide feedback to HR team on incidents. Show levels of expertise in a specific functional area like HR processes, policies, transactions etc. Ensure data quality & accuracy are met at all time through “Right First Time” practice. Communicate results to employees after having received confirmation that HR service requests are resolved. Maintain up to date knowledge of policies and procedures within the hospital and ensure that the HRMS system is complying with. Demonstrate proactive personal commitment to the adoption of new processes and working practices. Qualification: Tech / B.Sc in Information Technology or Computer Science Experience: Minimum 2-3 years post experience in HRMS implementation, system setup/design, software support & data management. Knowledge / Technical Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) 2 – 3 years’ experience in supporting HR system transactions module – Personnel Admin, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management & etc. Menaitech HR exposure is a plus Experience in common help desk tool will be an advantage Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment Excellent attention to details, with speed and accuracy Ability to make decisions that impact customer service levels with a sense of urgency Exposure in business travel process and request handling Personal Abilities / Competencies: Critical decision-making skills Strong customer service ethic Good interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Brainshark.
