Engineering Manager – Enterprise Our Engineering team seeks an experienced and entrepreneurial Software Engineering Manager that is ready to lead and grow a team consisting of Frontend, Backend, Mobile, and Test Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for accomplished engineers to have massive impact at a fast-growing technology company. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the rest of the Vezeeta Engineering Leadership team and Product team to build cutting edge solutions following the lean / agile development process. Contract Management Leader- Middle East & India - GE Gas Power-Dubai
Dubai -Role Summary: The Contract Management Leader will lead a team that provides Contract Management support in the execution of complex equipment, extended scope, domestic & international Power Plant contracts for the region. This includes providing commercial/contractual support in the development & implementation of negotiation strategies to mitigate contractual risks on assigned projects, & implement proactive contract management techniques and strategies to prevent & mitigate claims and risks. Essential Responsibilities: Lead a team that performs the following: Drive proactive Contract Management margin enhancement and cash collection efforts including negotiation of settlement agreements within financial reserves, securing change orders per GE entitlement while striving for increased margin, and driving recoveries from vendors, partners, customers and insurance companies Work with various functions to develop settlement strategies and presentations Participate in negotiations with customers, vendors and partners.
