Job Duties : • Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements. • Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. • Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules; • Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs; • Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel. • Taking full responsibility for hold-point releases once all QMS functions have been completed and the equipment is ready to go into the next work stage. • Managing plant integrity through a failure analysis reporting system and following up on recommendations. • Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies. Requirements : • B.Sc. Of Civil Engineering • Experience in Hospital Projects • Minimum 10 year’s experience with extensive QA/QC background • Excellent management skills, strong personality and leadership skills.

THE ROLE As member of the Talent Acquisition team you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This position is technically focused on sourcing the best talent in the market. You must be an experienced resourcer, familiar with the technical terminology used in the tech world with and have a strong LinkedIn account. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the healthtech industry. Responsibilities Include: Source and assess top talent candidates using a variety of outlets such as job postings, social media and technical databases. Perform the initial screening of candidates and schedule all interviews with all stakeholders involved. Record all material and data used for recruitment, including notes and market rates. Manage all candidates through workable (ATS). Provide timely and accurate data to maintain recruiting metrics. Develop and manage a qualified pool of technical candidates for a variety of roles, developing a relationship with prospective talent. Leverage Vezeeta’s candidate experience by maintaining relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle. Recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent and competitive recruiting techniques to stay competitive. Requirements Requirements Include: Education: Bachelor Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of tehnical sourcing experience using a innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill roles Proven knowledge and in depth understanding of the technical industry. Experience hiring in engineering, technology and data, specialising in the following roles: iOS developers, full stack developers, frontend, backend and UI/UX designers. Proficient with Word, Excel and ATS. Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a quickly changing environment. Other skills: Good communicator with a transferable skill-set and well organised.
