Of Civil Engineering • Experience in Hospital Projects • Minimum 10 year’s experience with extensive QA/QC background • Excellent management skills, strong personality and leadership skills.

THE ROLE As member of the Talent Acquisition team you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This position is technically focused on sourcing the best talent in the market. You must be an experienced resourcer, familiar with the technical terminology used in the tech world with and have a strong LinkedIn account. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the healthtech industry. Responsibilities Include: Source and assess top talent candidates using a variety of outlets such as job postings, social media and technical databases. Perform the initial screening of candidates and schedule all interviews with all stakeholders involved. Record all material and data used for recruitment, including notes and market rates. Manage all candidates through workable (ATS). Provide timely and accurate data to maintain recruiting metrics. Develop and manage a qualified pool of technical candidates for a variety of roles, developing a relationship with prospective talent. Leverage Vezeeta’s candidate experience by maintaining relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle. Experience hiring in engineering, technology and data, specialising in the following roles: iOS developers, full stack developers, frontend, backend and UI/UX designers. Proficient with Word, Excel and ATS. Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a quickly changing environment. Other skills: Good communicator with a transferable skill-set and well organised.
