Service Marketing Executive - Commercial Vehicles - Al Futtaim - Dubai - The job holder is responsible to drive and develop Commercial Vehicles Service business by acquiring service contracts, Parts sales & maintenance from customers as well as maintaining the existing customer base thereby renewing the service contracts that are due. Duties: Maintains an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required for analysis or campaigns Conducts regular customer/field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability by focusing on net sales. Submission of daily call reports indicating the daily visits made to existing customers and new customers To ensure that Monthly over dues are not more than agreed target Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School Certificate/ Diploma (12 years of school education) Relevant diploma / industry qualification will be of added advantage Minimum Experience: 2-3 years automotive experience in sales (parts or service), ideally field sales experience (preferably with Commercial Vehicle Trade Customers) Job-Specific Skills: Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage UAE’s valid Driver’s License Relationship management skills Customer service and target oriented Strong negotiations skills Behavioral Competencies : Customer focus Adaptability Effective communication Continuous self-improvement We’re here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.
