About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Gym Operations Manager to join Talise Fitness in Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Ensure that each new member of the club is put through the New Member Journey and that all club staff follows through on their responsibilities to provide on-going support. Manage the Lifestyle Manager to drive monthly/yearly Membership Sales - Individual & Team Performance to Budget Manage the Fitness manager to drive personal training revenue and customer service Oversee development of activities and initiatives to generate leads by networking the local area and maximising the opportunities for sales. Membership Forms & Contracts with accurate Joining Fee Charges and Monthly dues Ensure that each member of the club has signed a copy of the terms and conditions, disclaimer and physical readiness questionnaire before using the facility Daily usage monitoring Maintenance issues tracking and completed To assist coordination of marketing plans to drive new memberships and retain existing members Counter check the freelance and colleague commission claim papers and send them to Finance for payment About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: The ability to relate to the requirements of customers from all age groups and sectors of society, including people with special needs. Management of a large, multi- cultural team Experience working in the Health and Fitness industry and commercial environment Minimum 5 years at Management level in the Health and Fitness field.
