Dubai -Corporate service provider UAE based and specialized in company formation and bank account opening currently looking for a qualified Corporate Service Assistant for our CSP Department.The Corporate Services Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Corporate service team to incorporate and renew companies in the UAE such as Freezone, LLC, Offshore along with bank accounts opening and resident visa process and after-sales.Responsibilities involve:o To assist in preparing and filing corporate documents with government agencieso To assist with the process of company formation and renewals with consistent follow-ups.o To assist in processing visa applications and renewal of clients including follow-ups with the concern agencies and monitoring.o To review all invoices in relation to the Portfolio and liaise with the client regarding payment of the sameo Manage ad-hoc projects that support the Corporate Services departmento Manage the after-sales and renewalsPreferably:Driving license + good speaking/writing English is a MUST.
