Position Overview Reporting to the EMEA Demand Generation Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager for Middle East is responsible for the coordination and execution of the company’s marketing strategies for the Middle East region. They have a high-technical aptitude, an understanding of demand marketing and are interested in building and operating infrastructure for leads, reporting and analytics. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes Establish a partnership with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. Establish, maintain and optimize scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, e.g., analyzing landing page and email best practices Coordinate and track SEO and SEM campaigns, developing content and campaigns based on keyword research Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet revenue targets Track campaign ROI and influence the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance Events organization for the region, identifying partners, developing the content for them and finding the right venue. Strategically developing ABM campaigns. Collaborate with Sales to identify the correct accounts, work with Sales Development to find the appropriate contacts and execute and coordinate specific campaigns and touchpoints. About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Director of Sales to join Zabeel House by Jumeirah, the Greens. The main purpose of the role is to meet targets for Zabeel House by Jumeirah, The Greens as defined in the hotels commercial plan, to ensure sales direct report team has a clear understanding of the segment strategy and ensure the consistency in delivering their objectives and targets and to execute the sales & marketing strategy and plan of action related to own segment. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Act as the single point of contact within Zabeel House by Jumeirah, the Greens for each assigned account. Produce and implement an account development plan for each Zabeel House by Jumeirah, the Greens achieve maximum revenue in both short and long term. Complete the annual commercial plan of the Zabeel House by Jumeirah the Greens within area of responsibility. Lead the sales planning and strategy for the hotel to increase production and strategy from all accounts Monitor and feedback to the GM/Revenue team, competitor’s activities and respond to them appropriately. Research new markets and produce market entry recommendations as required. Maintain current, up to date knowledge of booking patterns, rates and sales strategies for assigned segment(s)/market(s). Attend overseas trade shows, key client events, FAM trips and sales trip as planned and submitted at the beginning of each year and updated calendar at each quarter. Assist in setting standards; supervising and reviewing colleague’s performances through yearly, midyear appraisals and bi monthly feedbacks/121 sessions. Be fully up to date with budgeted/actual/forecast targets of Zabeel House by Jumeirah, the Greens . Assist and introduce Jumeirah Hotels Sales & Marketing teams to area of coverage/responsibility and identified customer group when requested. Maintain an accurate profiles and history of all Dubai - accounts on Jumeirah Connect Produce the month end report and submit to GM by the 2nd week of the month. Monitor the segment performance on monthly basis and take actions and decisions when necessary. Meet a monthly Salesforce target of 20 activities to include the following sub types “i.e. Sales Calls, Entertainment, Telemarketing, Site Inspections.” Set team monthly activity target 30 days in advance of the start of the month. To achieve and maintain the highest possible levels of customer service to both external (i.e. paying customers) and internal customers ( i.e. colleagues) at all times in accordance with company policy About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University. At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization. Excellent sales skills and proven ability to influence clients to lead to higher revenue generations. Creative and innovative approach to sales activities.
