Managing the procurement of sub-consultants and subcontractors required for all of the construction packages. Working alongside with the senior project manager for the design management, delivery, quality time, cost and handover of the key packages. Supporting in the preparation of programmes for the design, construction and general delivery of projects. Managing the day to day activities and interfaces for support staff allocated to assist in the delivery of the projects. Assisting the team in the delivery of the project. Conducting meetings as required for the effective delivery of projects. Providing reports that are concise and address the issues that are relevant to recipient. Reviewing overall project status with the project management, project controls and commercial teams and recommend corrective action where necessary.
