Dubai -Job SummaryOur clients are looking for established real estate agents who currently work in sales or leasing in Dubai - real estate and are looking for a new challenge in a commission-only role.You will be self-motivated, passionate about your work and have a proven track record in real estate or sales.You will have high standards, be hard working and thrive on a new challenge.You will understand that commission-only brokers earn the most in the industry in Dubai - and want to work without a salary1- AED 0 to AED 19,999 = 50% of the gross commission2- AED 20,000 & Above = 65% of the gross commission3- If you gross more than AED 40,000 (For Leasing) or AED 80,000 (For Sale) on 3 consecutive months, you will be entitled to 70% of the gross commission only if you gross more than AED 30,000.Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.Conducting viewings and follow up.Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.Maintain regular contact with all clients.Training and real estate license provided by employer.Visa and medical insurance.Experience - At least 1 year's Dubai - real estate experience. * Certificates - RERA license desirable.Other - UAE car license essential.Nationality Preference - AnyJob Type: Full-timeExperience:real estate: 1 year (Preferred)

About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter / Waitress to join Food & Beverage Service team in Madinat Jumeirah. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: To confidently serve customers as per the brand standards Looks for ways to go above and beyond the guests' expectations Have a full understanding and can explain when asked the brand concept, history and vision Completed basic food hygiene and work in a safe and hygienic manner at all times Communicate any out of stock items to manager or team leader. Also when stocks are running low Communicate to managers any issues immediately Actively engage with colleagues and customers at all times Make simple decisions that affect work or guest's experience in a positive manner Have very good product knowledge and is able to confidently describe food and beverage items to a guest Can confidently take a guest's food & beverage order and ask all relevant questions where necessary Ensure that all side duties and cleaning schedules are completed as per daily checklists Complete all checklist as required daily , weekly and monthly for the outlet Can run food and communicate with the kitchen with confidence Can accommodate and pack take away orders as per the brand standard About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Previous experience in food & beverage services Work well in a team but is also able to set standards and lead by example at all times.
