HR Coordinator - -Dubai

Dubai -Proactively provide consistent HR support to employees on day-to-day issues and inquiries, and answer non-routine requests for information and policy interpretation. Maintains employee information and attendance tracking using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) database. Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with UAE Labor Law. Coordinate with PRO for employee visa & contract renewals and other tasks jobs related to various Government departments. Support HR projects linked to short and long term HR strategy deliverables to the business. Support with the preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly employee reports including turnover, project updates and recruitment data for management reporting. Coordinate with the insurance broker to resolve and assist with medical insurance inquiries. Undertake initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery to meet challenges. Prepare documentation for employees such as contracts, salary certificates, employee letters, etc. in line with local labor laws and as per operational requirements. Generate inputs for payroll and attendance records. Coordinate with travel partners to support the business travel of employees. To ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company’s Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) and Ethics & Compliance policies Perform any other duties as requested by the Regional HR Manager Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, including in-depth experience in employee relations and delivering on a wide range of HR initiatives across a large organization. Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, awards, industrial agreements together with policy and procedure. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including interviewing, counseling, negotiating and report writing. Preferably Hindi speaker. Ability to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels of the organization in the resolution of HR issues. Well-developed organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control own workload. Demonstrated effectiveness in contributing to a small team, including the capacity to review and improve workplace practices.
