My client current has over 100 outlets across the GCC and have significant plans to expand across the region The Role The CFO supervises the finance unit and directly assists the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, accounts and financial reporting, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and financial processes and systems. Key Responsibilities Manage the accounting department to ensure implementation of proper processes, accounting systems and functions. Maintain appropriate internal controls and financial procedures. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial reporting. Coordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions. Preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements Manage all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation. Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems Serve as final point of escalation for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable issues Develop and manage accounting staff Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; manage preparation and support of all external audits Oversee weekly cash management. Oversee AP/AR management and provide support to collections activities Cash flow planning and ensuring availability of funds as needed. Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company's 5-year forecast and report on insights and recommendations for improvement. Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations. Establish yearly objectives and oversee budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with company objectives. Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports; Monthly profit and loss forecast (vs. budget) Complete analysis of financial results; develop recommendations (strategic and tactical). Develop and execute analysis of various business-related analysis (e.g., opening new outlets). Develop and maintain capital expenditure budget. Develop financial planning and analysis exercises/reports. Oversee financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships. Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization's operations and business plans. Manage the company's insurance program Manage the company's real estate affairs consisting of leases and sub-leases with various landlords Ensure high quality documentation - real estate, supplier agreements, other vendor agreements The Candidate A minimum of a CA; a CPA and/or MBA would be a plus. At least five years hands-on experience as CFO or equivalent. Experience in having put in place financial processes, improved reporting and implemented systems Experience working with information technology staff to manage finance and accounting software packages. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills. Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies. SENIOR PSYCHOLOGIST (BUSINESS) - -Dubai

Dubai -To assist and shadow the Group Psychologist with the provision of a consultancy psychology service, together with a full range of psychological services throughout the Group in both occupational and clinical contexts. The services will be conducted in a professional and quality manner, adhering to codes of conduct. Job Outline: Assess and recommend the most appropriate psychological instruments for recruitment, group assessment center, development of team building and clinical evaluations, which will lead to an enhancement of the quality of recruitment/selection and staff development systems. This will include the use of these instruments in Projects undertaken, monitoring the effectiveness of the tools used and proposing additions/enhancements to the psychometric assessment matrix. To assist the Group Psychologist to ensure correct adaptation and integration of all Psychological Assessment Instruments (PAI) used through out the company with particular reference to its multi-ethnic environment, in order to avoid errors in applications and minimise the long term impact of such errors. To assist the Group Psychologist to evaluate competencies of the test users, in order to ensure specified standards of quality control are applied and maintained in the use of Psychological Assessment Instruments (PAI). To facilitate workshops & training to users in order to maintain the standards of quality and consistency required of license holders. Manage, in conjuction with line managers, resolution of conflict in a multi-ethnic and rapidly growing organization, by acting as mediator/facilitator in conflict situations both at individual or departmental level in order to ensure that conflict is contained and does not adversely affect performance. Provide counselling on stress management to support managers in facing the challenges that the continuous expansion has generated and enable them to cope with increasing business challenges. Provide a non-judgmental counselling service to staff in a private context, and clinical evaluation and psychotherapy whenever required, in order to assist the individual with personal or work related problems and motivate him/her to be able to contribute better to Company goals. Assist the Management with the effects of corporate changes, by counselling redundant staff and the 'survivors' after redunduncy in order to minimize 'resistance to change' syndrome. Assess staff being promoted into management grades and report findings to HRM in order to ensure that the staff is capable of taking on the increased responsibility of a higher managerial position. To assist in projects e.g. attitude surveys on matters such a morale, productivity and performance of staff. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Human Resources.Psychology (Organisational) : 8+ Years Masters Degree (12+5 or equivalent) : Knowledge Qualified Psychometrician - Professional knowledge of research procedures using statistical method. Practical knowledge of Gulf culture and the international code of social conduct. Analysis, diagnosis and evaluation including some practical experience in Human Resources using selection techniques, Interviewing skills/competencies analysis. Training Computer literate familiar with MS Offfice or similar PC packages Master in Clinical/Occupational Psychology, Qualified A&B Testing Licensed by Psychological Associations and Corporations eg. Senior Legal Counsel - -Dubai

Dubai -The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible to support the Director of Legal in their duties. This is an important role within DMCC to ensure legal compliance, risk mitigation and legal support internally to all BUs and in representing DMCC externally. Key Areas of Responsibility The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for the following: Preparation, review and approval of all medium-to-high risk contracts and contracts generated by all BUs, including commercial contracts, MoUs, collaboration agreements and NDAs generated by the DMCC’s BUs and supporting the DoL on preparation, review and approval of contracts generated by the DMCC’s BU and subsidiaries. Dealing with day to day contentious and non-contentious workload delegated by DoL. Working closely with and advising BUs on legal issues. Supporting DoL in strategic initiatives and projects in DMCC’s role as Free Zone administrator, commodities platform, master developer, asset manager and community manager across all BUs. Ensure strategic legal matters tracker updated periodically. Primary responsibility under delegation of DoL for preparing, amending, and overseeing implementation of internal regulations across DMCC and providing opinions and advice on external regulations and how they impact DMCC. Supporting DoL in conducting risk assessments and providing risk mitigation strategies on strategic initiatives across the group as required. Dealing with day to day contentious workload delegated by GC and DoL. Working closely with and advising BUs on litigation and dispute issues. Managing relationships with external counsel and legal counsel spend. Ensuring best value for money/quality of advisory from external counsel.
