Dubai -We are looking for Property Consultant to join our Off-plan Real Estate Sales DepartmentMinimum 2 years of UAE experience in Real Estate/ Banking/ Insurance/ Luxury Retail Sales or Time Share is Mandatory.Successful candidate will report to the Head – Off-plan Department directly and will be responsible for the below;1- Strictly commit to the daily sales activities assigned by the Head of Sales2- Develop very strong knowledge of all projects assigned to you by attending training, orientations and briefing done in the developer’s sales centres.3- Strictly update CRM with each and every single action taken with the assigned leads4- Attend leads assigned from the marketing department immediately upon receiving it5- Obtain leads and meet with clients to understand their requirements6- Generate referrals from existing leads and clientsAdditional requirements;- RERA (Preferred)
