Play Your Part To operate as part of the Park Operations IT team, providing first class IT support and services to all the attractions, F&B and retail units, and end-users within LEGOLAND Dubai -, LEGOLAND Waterpark, and the back-of-house office, adhering strictly to set IT standards and SLAs Main Duties: - Deliver IT support and services to all staff across the LEGOLAND Dubai - park, LEGOLAND Dubai - Waterpark, and the Services and Administrative Office - Deploy IT equipment and software as per IT standards, on-site across the park - Provide prompt response, and timely updates to all customers for support and services - Able to troubleshoot systems, network problems, and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults - Ensure that all incidents and requests are accurately recorded with Service Desk and actioned upon as per SLA - Manage daily support issues on site, and escalate to proper channels when necessary - Duty includes working on weekend(s), and early or late shifts, dependent on business needs and park operating hours Requirements Are You a Star? In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria: - Bachelor degree in Information Technology and/or relevant field - MCP, MCSDT, CompTIA A+, or equivalent certifications - At least 2-3 years working experience in providing IT support & services - Previous exposure to Hospitality and/or amusement park an advantage - Previous experience in handling POS & other retail systems an advantage; supported & implemented; - Excellent trouble shooting skills - Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware & software concepts - Good understanding of ITIL process framework - Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences - Highly pro-active and can work with less supervision and instructions - Good team player - Good written and verbal communication skills - ITIL Certification is an advantage The Best Part of The Story We offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes; housing allowance, annual flight allowance, comprehensive medical coverage, life and accident insurance and other generous allowances. About the Job: An opportunity has a risen for a colleague to join our Culinary team in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, for a Chef De Cuisine role. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Assist Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef in the supervision of all colleagues engaged in the kitchen. Attend daily meetings with Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef and all other Senior Chefs regarding the updates for the day and review the list of things to do for maximum 2 days thereafter. Holds meeting with the colleagues in each particular kitchen to discuss what has been carried out in the Chef’s meeting and some other issues. Establish Culinary Standards for the specialty of each kitchen which includes banqueting that caters to a number of guests. Plan menus and compile recipes for food tasting to be approved by Executive Chef and or Executive Sous Chef. Inspect 4 times daily all food stores and refrigerated areas and suggest, where necessary, correct storage methods to comply with Health and Safety regulations as discussed further in this book. Check any spoilage and ensure regular turnover of food items and inform the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef. Check on a daily basis food preparation, individual costs, quality, quantity inventories and portion control. During service periods, to personally run the hot plate and assist when needed and to ensure that the presentation as well as quality of the food is in accordance with the established standards. Conducts training and thorough briefing on the correct usage of kitchen equipment and machinery and to check that this is carried out in the correct manner by all kitchen colleagues. Ensure the personal hygiene of colleague is up to the standard. Ensure that the daily logbook is utilized and complaints are immediately reported to the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef. Ensures that all points mentioned in the log book has been carried out. i.e. miss en place and other instructions to complete the operation. Maintain record and follow up documentation, checklists for control purposes. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management. Monitoring of extra hours. Ensure that all the required food transfer are completed to the appropriate outlet / department. Assist the Executive sous Chef in his daily tasks.
