Accounts Payable is responsible for obtaining a wisdom knowledge of finance procedures and accounting standards. He/she responsible of controlling and managing all the payment functions of the company with no discrepancies and accurate financial statements. Requirements Ensure that the invoices, bills, expense reports & other charges are processed Ensure that reviewed invoices are acquiescent, coded and processed Safeguard that Supplier Statement of Accounts is reconciled on the System with full monitoring on discrepancies Manage payment (as well cheques) and forward to next level for necessary authorization and signature Classify payment priorities and guarantee that payment deadlines are met for efficiencies, tax, insurance, salaries and other key areas Ensures that processed cheques are collected/dispatched to Creditors and un-cleared cheques in bank is kept to a minimum Safeguard the custody and serial control of cheque stationary Benefits Annual Ticket 30 Days Vacation yearly on Calendar basis Insurance

Duties and responsibilities are as follows but are not limited to: Patent filing and prosecution of patent applications in various countries in the region and abroad, including managing, preparing, and/or filing patent applications, formality documents, responses to office actions, publications and grants, payment of official fees; processing, docketing and reporting notifications from patent offices; Managing tasks of others including patent administrators; Managing admin work such as docketing and managing internal records, managing statutory deadlines and invoices; Managing Patent Portfolios; Conducting patent searches and preparing reports/opinions Skills and experience The ideal candidate will have: Background in Engineering/ Life Sciences; 3-4 years of experience in patent filing and prosecution in a law firm; Excellent written and communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous) Experience working in an international law firm or as an examiner in a patent office.
