Dubai -AED4,000 a monthUrgent hiring for the position of a Site Coordinator.Please find the below criteria for the interviews:  Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Site. Professionally and promptly handle day – day project administrative affairs. Liaison with the other departments / staff Prioritizing the work schedule in terms of its urgency / importance and other aspects. Assist the Project Manager by providing daily, weekly & monthly reports to track the performance for the effective functioning of the site without any tussles. Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments by collecting all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed & respond to staff queries on Visa/ Labor/ Passport related matters. Finally, Ensure all visa, medical and labor permits are up to date and arrange for timely renewal. Update & maintain the holiday, absence and training records of staff. Conduct trainings for all the staffs with regard to new processes and other subject related aspects. Assisting to the HR for deployment and demobilization for the Staff’s and Technicians. Applying gate passes for different authorities for company personals. Handling petty cash/ arranging payments for office utility bills and weekly / monthly reports preparation to the Head offices. Maintain records of Staff attendance, Insurance records, labor records etc., Taking care of transportation for Staff’s, Technicians from the Camp, maintenance and servicing of Vehicles in the company. Purchasing of office furniture’s, daily required routine necessities (utilities) for the site. Taking care of Food for the technicians from the respective camps and inline coordination with Camp boss and Head offices. Renewal/addition/deletion of Medical insurance (Employees/Motor) Monitoring time sheets and inline coordination with time keepers and HO. Manpower supply company staff’s deployment to the site, Attendance verification, PC & Invoice verification and correspondence to the HO accounts, HR and Procurement. Rental vehicles deployment to the site, Invoice and PC verification and coordination with Head office accounts.Salary: 4000 AED + Accommodation + TransportationCandidates with the UAE Experience shall only apply!Company Profile: Interested candidates can Walk-In on Sunday, 5th of May'2019 anytime between 11:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M at the below mentioned address: Innovations Group, 23rd Floor, Cluster – W, Tiffany Tower, Dubai - Marina JLT, DAMAC Properties Metro Station, Exit-1.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED4,000.00 /month
