About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an Executive to join the RevenueManagement & Business Intelligence Departmentin the Jumeirah Group & Corporate Office. The main duties andresponsibilities of this role will include: Responsible for completion of multi-discipline reports for the Director of Business Intelligence on revenue pace, market trends, hotel performance, competitor analysis Maintenance and daily support of our Business Insight tool (JBI) and Qlik Sense as well as a range of solutions that have been rolled out to the Revenue Management community within the Group Proactively participate in continuous improvement and training of business systems and processes within the BI department as part of on boarding process for new colleagues to drive adoption to the reporting platform Responsible for the preparation and automation of analytical reports and ad-hoc reporting requirements for senior commercial leadership by collating data from multiple systems on market trends, hotel performance, competitor analysis etc. Highlight findings to the key stakeholders and commercial leaders within the Group Produce insightful data models and analysis that have a positive impact on Revenue Management results Fully understand various data sources (internal and external) like Opera, Synixs, JBI, IDeaS and Micros in order to extract relevant data to build reports and models that support Revenue Management decisions Supports the Data Quality team by Maintaining checks on data quality and ensures that the business units complete their activities on an ongoing basis Assists with data validation and overall implementation of data quality management initiatives Lead any other initiatives to support the Director of Business Intelligence as and when required Drivea culture of data-driven decision making About You: The ideal candidate for thisposition will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent university studies in hospitality, commercial, technicalor scientific discipline Understandingof the Revenue Management discipline within the hospitality industry Experiencein hotel revenue management discipline is essential Haveadvanced skills in MS Excel (macros, pivot tables etc.), with strong analyticaland logical problem solving skills.
