Job Title: Logistics & Admin Executive Reports to: Planning & Procurement Manager Division:Al-Futtaim Engineering, Elevators Division About The Role: Job Purpose: This role is to facilitate the support two core teams of Elevators and Escalators division – Supply Chain and Commercial team. Job holder will be responsible for handling the overall logistics function of the division and to provide support to Procurement and Commercial teams. The employee must work closely with Elevators Management Team regularly for day to day activities, for the coordination of Logistics, Procurement and reporting’s to PPM / CM / DM.. As an employee you should have the complete understanding of accounting process as per prevailing standards, and needs to handle the jobs in SAP PS & SM modules. You are required to work closely with Projects & Maintenance departments, Commercial Team & Treasury for BG’s, LC’s & and supplier payments to enhance the efficiency of work and provide timely reports to the management. The employee should implement and handle best practises to the business and the individual must demonstrate broad interpersonal skills in dealing with all internal departments, customers, vendors and principals. Key Accountability 1: Logistics Responsible for: Collaborating with all departments to consolidate shipping requirements. Shipping arrangements Clearance and Delivery Maintain and record shipment tracker on regular basis and prepare report on Logistics Performance Key Accountability 2: Insurance Responsible for: Project Insurance Claims Management Key Accountability 3: Commercial Responsible for: Processing Bank Guarantee LC Application Management Reports Vendor Payment Key Accountability 4: Job Creation in SAP Responsible for: Full Documentation for Projects and Maintenance Co-ordination with Business Finance / SSF Key Accountability 5: Procurement Responsible for: Process purchase order (local and foreign) Local procurement Reports Capex Purchases Minimum Qualifications , Certification and Knowledge: Bachelors / Post Graduate of Commerce Degree Or MBA Advance user of MS Office (good knowledge particularly in xl and Power Point) Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/PS) an advantage, not mandatory Excellent Communication Skills Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain UAE/ GCC experience preferred. Dubai -Play Your Part In this role you will be reporting to the MEP Manager, you are to assist the facility Shifts that operate within the facility maintenance department. You will manage the, statutory inspection of all the building and park facility associated equipment via the application of a planned preventative maintenance approach with the aim of maximising the equipment availability and safety in operation. The role calls for strong leadership skills and an ability to clearly focus on the planning & preparation of the activities administered by the facility maintenance teams. Main Duties: * To work as operational engineer carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance. * To lead teams of engineering personnel during park operation in order to provide an effective breakdown service that will facilitate excellent ride availability and safety for our guests and staff * To lead teams of engineering personnel in order to administer the PPM and safety checks in line with company procedures. * To assist the Facility management team to maximizing ride and equipment availability and safety in operation. Health & Safety: To take reasonable care for the health and safety of himself and of other persons who may be affected through your work activities. To cooperate with and support the LEGOLAND Dubai - Management to allow the business to fulfill its legal responsibilities through: * Following reasonable instruction related to health & safety. * Reporting dangerous situations or deficiencies in health & safety arrangements. * To only use work equipment in accordance with training. * To not interfere or misuse anything provided for the purposes for health & safety. Are You a Star? In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria: * Qualified to at least C&G level 3, or approved equivalent, in either mechanical or electrical engineering supplemented by at least 3 years’ experience of working in ideally a MEP environment. * Working knowledge of the DM and DAC requirements * A full working knowledge of appropriate engineering related statutory requirements e.g. certification and safe use of lifting equipment, C.O.S.H.H., safe use and written schemes of pressure vessels, general responsibilities for the maintenance of a Safe Working Environment under the Health & Safety at Work Act etc. * Ideally a working knowledge of DM / DAC and all other third parties. * To ensure that you complete PPM’S in a timely manner in line with department procedures. * To assist other departments as and when required to support the operation of the park.
