Senior Dynamics AX Consultant - MicroVision-Dubai
Dubai -Temporary, ContractContract (6-months) For one of our key clients, in the sports industry, we are currently looking for an experienced MS Dynamics AX Consultant – Finance and Operations to join our implementation team. The role will be a contractual deployment for minimum 6 months with the possibility to extend/get permanent. Responsibilities: Understanding business needs and strategies. Assembling and defining all requirements from users to support the development of applications. Working closely with key stakeholders and the project manager. To manage and influence change throughout the business. Demonstrated hands-on experience of documenting business processes using Visio, Share Point, LCS, Sure step tools. Experience with writing test scripts, training manuals and performing unit testing. Breaking down functional requirements into technical designs, development tasks and executing to completion. Translate non-technical requirements into technical business requirements. Have an understanding of overall Dynamics architecture. Design, review and translate technical design documents. To establish and maintain relationship with customers, partners and vendors to ensure the delivery of systems as per the requirement and to customer satisfaction. To design solutions, conduct Proof of Concepts Document, communicate and escalate technical issues, manage to resolution and articulate business impact 30% travelling within UAE Expected to meet urgent deadlines Self-initiative and Ownership is required to get tasks done Qualifications: Bachelors in Information Technology or Finance Completed several Dynamics AX full lifecycle implementations Extensive experience in the consulting or public industry 4+ years of Dynamics AX experience In-depth knowledge of Dynamics AX finance and operations modules Superb written and verbal communication skills A good problem-solving attitude Experience in handling and managing Enterprise projects in Public sector (UAE) will be preferred English speaking is mandatory, Arabic language will be an advantage In addition to the above skills, the following experience is highly desirable: Familiarity with sport and entertainment industry Dynamics AX certifications or equivalent Microsoft .NET technology, Services and Application Integration Framework (AIF) and Microsoft Dynamics specific development environments Microsoft SQL Server database, Reporting Services and Analysis Services What's on Offer Join a leading technology organization in UAE Attractive tax free salary Healthcare Insurance Travel and other logistics assistance
